The brand focuses on creating budget-friendly audio devices with modern features like Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity, a built-in microphone for hands-free calling, and a comfortable design for extended wear. | KVIDIO is a relatively new name in consumer electronics and a little-known brand based in China. However, they have quickly become one of the best-selling over-ear headphone brands on Amazon, offering reliable wireless Bluetooth headphones at an affordable price. | Detailed Comparison Review: | ||
| Sound Quality | We all know that sound quality is a major concern for a headset. How would its bass response, treble, mid, and overall sound? Especially, when we consider buying a new pair of headphones on a budget — Here are my answers! For under $50 budget or even lower, I guarantee this Beribes headphone sound is superb, and balanced armor that everyone can enjoy, and the most important thing is their bass response is noticeably impressive for this budget and somewhat better than a few $50 headphones I’ve tested where this headset price is nearly half of this. | The sound quality of the KVIDIO Wireless Bluetooth Headphones is surprisingly good and provides balanced sound. However, the highs can sometimes lack detail, and the soundstage isn’t as expansive as more premium models. At the same price point, I found the Beribes Bluetooth headphones provide slightly more soundstage and detail, high, mid, and bass response. However, it can vary from person to person. |
| Design & Comfort | ![]() I am not too worried about the design, as it can vary from person to person. However, it is important to identify whether it will be comfortable or not, right? In that case, it is a comfortable headset to wear and can be listened to continuously for 2-3 hours without any discomfort under any conditions. Overall, its soft padded ear cups and adjustable headband contribute to a smooth listening experience, making them perfect for extended listening sessions. And, they are lightweight, which increases comfort during long periods of use. | ![]() What I find to be the best feature of these headphones is the combination of comfortable, soft memory foam earpads and their sleek, premium design. They are available in five different colors – black, white, pink, green, and blue, giving users plenty of style options to choose from. Overall, the lightweight design makes it easy to wear these headphones for long durations of up to 3-4 hours without discomfort. However, users with larger ears may find the ear cups a bit small after 1 hour of use. |
| Noise Cancellation | There is no noise-cancellation feature on the BERIBES WH202A Bluetooth headset. However, if noise cancellation is required then you can consider their upgraded BEWH305B model headset which has active noise cancellation at the same price. Still, you can consider the WH202A model as it has good earcup fitting which provides great passive noise-cancellation while listening. | There is no noise-cancellation on the KVIDIO WH201A headphones, which isn’t a major concern for me. However, if noise cancellation is required for you, then consider the upgraded WH304A model of their headsets, which has active noise cancellation at a lower price than the WH201A. Otherwise, it is better to invest in a high-quality noise-cancelling headphone for solid sound and better durability. |
| Build Quality & Durability | It has a sturdy build, often with plastic and faux leather materials. The design is usually minimalist and practical. However, it may not be ideal for long-term use, as it may be prone to damage if dropped frequently. | These headphones are primarily made of plastic, with faux leather materials and memory foam for the headband and earcups. However, the plastic feels a little lower in quality, which can affect durability over time, making it less ideal for long-term, heavy use, as it can be prone to breaking. |
| Controls & Microphone | ![]() Like other normal headsets, it also has intuitive controls on the ear cups for adjusting volume, skipping tracks and answering calls. The buttons are generally responsive and relatively easy to use, but it doesn’t have an active noise-canceling button! It has a built-in microphone that allows for hands-free calling. But, call quality is poor and I do not recommend it if you’re looking for a decent call-quality headset. It should be ideal for listening and can be connected to two Bluetooth devices simultaneously. | It has all the intuitive control buttons on the headset ear cups, including volume +-, skipping tracks and answering calls. The microphone quality is perfect for phone calls or live-streaming on any device and platform using the latest Bluetooth drivers (5.3), and the best thing is that it’s comfortable for extended use. |
| Battery Life | The wireless battery life of these headphones is great, lasting over 48 hours continuously! Although the company claims they can run for 65-70 hours, I managed to get 48 hours, which is still pretty good. This means you can easily get 7 working days on a single full charge. So, if you are looking for a reliable wireless headset, I highly recommend this one. | One of the standout features of KVIDIO headphones is the long battery life. They offer up to 55 hours of playback on a single charge, which is impressive at this price point. They also charge via USB-C, which ensures convenient and fast charging times. |
| Conclusion | BERIBES headphones are often recommended for beginner listeners looking for cheap wireless headphones with excellent sound and long-lasting battery life but microphone and noise cancellation are unimportant! So, in this case, this is a priority, otherwise, look for a high-quality noise-cancelling headset with a higher price. For example, audiophile wireless headphones are recommended for hi-fi Bluetooth listening or planar magnetic headphones for an immersive video gaming experience. | KVIDIO wireless Bluetooth headphones stand out in the budget headphone market for offering a great combination of comfort, sound quality, and battery life at an affordable price. I recommend it if you need a pair of headphones for listening to music, online classes, virtual meetings, or on-the-go uses will fit perfectly with the built-in microphone, comfort, and ease of use. Remember, these are not ideal for workouts or outdoor activities as it is not sweatproof or waterproof for intense physical use, which lacks durability. |
| Verdict & Action | Choose Beribes Headphones if you prioritize a roomier fit with better noise isolation and comfort, lightweight comfort for extended listening sessions, and premium features like noise cancellation and companion apps.
